swift burgundy 35 x 12 2bed 2020
The Burgundy Holiday Home offers outstanding value while fusing practicality with timeless design for fantastic family accommodation. Available in a choice of two and three-bedroom layouts and modelling a new soft furnishings scheme for 2020, its versatile aspect is exceptionally appealing. It’s easy to see why Burgundy is one of Swift’s most popular holiday homes from the moment you step inside the airy interior, where low energy LED lighting throughout creates a bright environment and an open-plan layout gives a feeling of expanse. The well-considered lounge is filled with natural light via a full-length window, and the fixed L-shape sofa with fold-out bed is tailored to your relaxation. An on-trend aspect is provided by Burgundy’s fresh ‘Botanical’ soft furnishings, using accents of nature to bring the outside in, and a sleek new fireplace lifts the quality finish. The rural-inspired kitchen presents Shaker style doors in ‘Matt Mussel’ and laminate worktops with matching upstands in ‘Graphite Fleetwood’ finish, conveying a calm, inviting look which coordinates seamlessly with the dining area’s freestanding table and fixed seating. Burgundy also benefits from high-quality appliances, such as a Thetford ‘Cocina’ oven with grill, four-burner gas hob and hood, and an A+ rated double door freestanding fridge freezer. A family bathroom comprising shower cubicle with thermostatic shower, WC, sink and extractor features across the Burgundy range, and 35’x12′ models also have a WC and sink off the master bedroom. All fixed beds boast Duvalay™ mattresses with Crib 5 rated fabric, and bedside shelf units plus overbed storage are included in all bedrooms. One bed stores under the other for extra space in one twin bedroom, and a vanity area with mirror and socket lends further refinement to the master bedroom. A gas water heater keeps everyone comfortable whatever the season, aided by superb thermal performance delivered by uPVC windows, lagged underfloor pipes, and thorough floor, roof and wall insulation. And engineered for long-lasting looks, Burgundy models stylish woodgrain textured ‘Sandstone’ aluminium cladding and LED exterior lighting, alongside bonded sandwich exterior wall construction for greater strength, a coated steel pantile roof and a Fusion galvanised chassis.

Frequently Asked Questions
Our advice has always been to go and find a park which you’re comfortable with, in the area you want, and then decide on the caravan. When you pay us a visit we’ll show you the holiday homes in stock and you can make a choice of the available plots. There’s no pressure to buy (we don’t have sales targets) and you can take away our brochures to read at leisure when you’re home.
On new caravans our selling price will include the manufacturers recommended retail price, any extras such as central heating or scatter cushions, delivery from the factory, siting and commissioning, the gas installation and cylinder storage box, one or two veranda steps (depending on number of external doors), and the rest of the year’s pitch fees if bought after July. From time to time we have special offers which sometimes vary from the above.
You’ll need to budget for kitting out your caravan – typically this will include cutlery, crockery, bedding, and electrical items like your telly, kettle and toaster etc. Pre-owned caravans (ones normally already sited) usually come with a TV aerial left from the previous owner, but for new new caravans you’ll need to budget for this. Don’t forget to allow for insurance cover as well. We can provide you with a quote – premiums range from about £120 a year up to £300 or more if you’re buying something big and posh!
On all sales, a holding deposit (usually around £1,000) will secure the Holiday Home for up to two weeks to allow you to organise your finances.
